My Favorite Anti-Inflammatory Golden Bowl

This is the bowl I make when my body needs love. When I'm tired, when I'm stressed, when I just need something that feels like a warm hug from the inside out.

It's built around turmeric — one of nature's most powerful anti-inflammatory ingredients — and layered with roasted sweet potato, dark leafy greens, chickpeas, and a tahini drizzle that makes everything taste like it came from a restaurant.

Here's what you'll need: 1 cup cooked brown rice or quinoa, 1 small sweet potato (roasted), 1 cup chickpeas (roasted with cumin and paprika), 2 big handfuls of spinach or kale, 1/4 avocado, and a generous drizzle of golden tahini sauce.

For the golden tahini sauce: 3 tbsp tahini, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1/2 tsp turmeric, 1/2 tsp ginger, a pinch of black pepper, and enough water to thin it to a drizzle. Whisk it all together and taste as you go.

Assemble your bowl, drizzle generously, and eat slowly. This is not fast food — this is self-care on a plate. Your body will thank you.
